Tim Hox is back with his latest House experiment in new EP ‘Deus Ex Machina’ out on Revealed Recordings on 20th April 2023!

‘Deus Ex Machina’ is the latest saga in Tim Hox’s impressive musical resume with Revealed Recordings; containing two captivating House tracks, Hox’s new EP continues to explore the boundaries of the genre. ‘Delirus’ is a moodier shade of House, with deep bassy palpitations, syncopated rhythms and distorted choppy audio. Drawing samples from everyday sounds, ‘Delirus’ creates an immersive listening experience as the track progresses from peaceful bird song to the energy igniting sirens. The second track in the EP takes a more vibrant approach; ‘Latus (quem quer que seja)’ features soulful House vocals, skippy percussion and descending video game samples. Every element in the track is a boost of serotonin that’s guaranteed to get your body moving.

Tim Hox is a well-established talent within the House genre. The musical scientist is known for exploring and experimenting with the boundaries of House music, coining his own genre ‘Hox House’. The Dutch DJ and producer has collaborated with industry heavyweights such as Moguai on ‘Blue Monday’, produced one of the most played bass house tracks in 2020 and his 2022 single ‘Corocito (Manguelena)’ reached new heights, gathering over 3 million streams on Spotify alone. Recently, Hox scaled 1001 Tracklists 101 producers, sitting firmly at number 40 of all producers worldwide.
