Boundaries
Ryos feat. Elle Vee
Following up from his progressive masterpiece, ‘Identity’, which has reached over 2.4 million streams since its release, Ryos is back with his latest track on Revealed Recordings; ‘Boundaries’. Recruiting in Elle Vee on vocals once more, the two have a definitive artistic connection when it comes to creating polished electronic tracks. Also producing a VIP of ‘Identity’ to cater to the clubbing scene and the punchy ‘Armageddon’ collaboration with Joey Dale in 2016, Ryos has already demonstrated his well-established talent in genre-hopping.
‘Boundaries’ opens with a muted acoustic guitar whilst the delicate vocals from Vee as ethereal tones skip over the top. When the pop-like rhythm and bass line are introduced and the track starts to gather momentum, it plunges into an uplifting chorus filled with claps and light hearted kicks before the buildup is used as a launch-pad for bouncing beats and bright synth chords, teamed with a catchy hook.
Breaking into the scene in 2016 after he turned heads through a remix competition for Borgeous and Shaun Frank’s hit, ‘This Could Be Love’, Ryos’ take on the track made its way across clubs and festivals across the globe. From this, he then went on to release his own track ‘Eclipse’, which now has over 4 million streams and lead him to gain support from the likes of Martin Garrix and Sick Individuals as well as label boss, Hardwell.
