With Or Without You (Jac & Harri Remix)

Leading the charge with their remake of Revealed Recordings’ label favourite Maddix’s big room banger ‘With Or Without You’, UK brothers Jac & Harri return for their 6th single on Hardwell’s leading dance music imprint. The remix comes hot on the heels of their similarly titled, and equally as impressive, single ‘Without You’ earlier this month, which marked a career milestone for the promising young duo on their debut high-profile collab alongside dance music heavyweight Thomas Gold, and is the first in a series of remixes from the label in the coming months.

Immediately, Jac & Harri tone down the pace and vocal pitch, giving the track a mid-range male lead and a cinematic quality that builds toward a more affable conclusion. The hard-hitting, electronic synths of the original mix are instead exchanged for shimmering, lighter tones sitting atop a warm, glowing bass that balances the intensity of the original with the smoothness present in the remix. The pair have multiple releases on Revealed this year such as the standout hit ‘Underneath’ (feat. Nino Lucarelli) which smashed their first Spotify million mark while receiving support from dance titans such as Blasterjaxx, Afrojack, and of course label boss and leading representative Hardwell. Maddix’s most recent single the Festival Mix of The Door’s 1967 classic ‘People Are Strange’, also featuring Revealed go-to male vocal Nino Lucarelli, has found similar support, so it’s no surprise that the creative processes of these two progressive powerhouses are so comfortably exchanged.

Working their way up the Revealed Roster, Jac & Harri yet again verify Hardwell’s vision in recognising and recruiting the hottest new big room talent, while maintaining an imprint that continues to globally dominate the top tier of the genre as well.
